Erica Nicole is a Southern girl with a driven passion for Country Music. Growing up in Atlanta, Georgia, Erica always pursued music whether through school events, musical companies or the world renown, Callanwolde Children's Choir. She was influenced by some of Country's greats, from George Strait, Reba McEntire to Dolly Parton and Merle Haggard.
Today, after visiting over 250 radio stations nationwide, Erica is ready to launch her music at a whole new level. What you see and hear in her new single, “I Listen to My Bad Girl,” showcases Erica’s true capabilities. With some of Nashville's best musicians and working alongside veteran Nashville producer Kent Wells (Dolly Parton, Reba McEntire) you also hear that “classic Nashville sound.”
“With the release of my new single and upcoming album, I feel like I’m finally giving country radio and my fans what I'm vocally and musically capable of.” And working with Kent has encouraged and pushed her to really strive with her music, whether with the new single or her part in writing in the other songs for the album.
“I am finally getting to be me; It’s not so much the new me; it’s the real me."
But for Erica, it isn’t just about producing a catchy song. With the new album, she believes strongly in not just creating great music for her fans, but also creating music that can change people’s lives.
“I’m anxious to get back out on the road, visit as many radio stations as I can, meet as many fans as I can, and continue to give thanks for the incredible support of both my fans and country radio.
